xtbl file for trail blazing?

Can anyone tell me which xtbl file contains the parameters for the trail blazing activity? After extracting common.vpp_pc and patch.vpp_pc, I can't seem to find an xtbl file that looks like it might be related to trail blazing. Thanks.
 
Moving to Get Help/Troubleshooting subforum.

It's torch_ap.xtbl and torch_dt.xtbl. I believe that one of them is for the Apartment district and the other for Downtown.
