You need the anime pack for the hair or the girl will be bald. Or you can just choose another hairstyle.
Actually I have Admixon's Vampire Ghost outfit mod and instead of these pants and boots I use Lady Vampires boots, and also the high noon hat included in the Hats With Visible Hair mod pack.
