Warden Weather always on?

EDIT: Nvm, I figured out a mod I had installed was packaged with Dark rain, there's still this problem though.

Matte paintjobs don't stay matte. If they are completely matte, the exhaust won't show smoke. When I load another car and then reload the matte car, the paintjob is no longer matte. It remains matte in the garage, but when you begin to drive it, reflections start to appear. When it's non-reflective (pure matte painjob), the exhaust doesn't produce smoke/no nitro flames.

I don't know what's going on with that paintjob and vfx shit, but in the future, you can change the weather through the additional cheats mod.

I already had that and the rain keeps coming back on, but now I realize what it is.
