This is a simple mod that replaces all the original saints given to you for gang customization at saints hq.
I replaced all 8 saints with deasnt characters and changed their headshot and damage multipliers
from 1.0 to 100 and now you have saints worth fighting with;).
Gang Changes:
Added Deckers Rollerblader Grace with full capabilities
Added real kiki and viola( don't look around and look stupid now)
Added kinzie (got tired of waiting till game completed to fight with her and always busy when you call for backup)
Added Shaundi (got tired of her always busy)
Added the real viola in bloody canoness suit (because she's only seen in one mission in game and kind of sexy in it:p)
Added the sexy stripper polly in saints attire
Added the sexy devil stripper linda in saints attire

As an added bonus I got tired of them fighting like crap and never showing up when you need them
so I made them 100 times more accurate and spawn more often.

If you would like one or more characters changed or your own lineup of saints made included the infamous Gat or even a brute or anyone you like simply ask and it can be done;)

And the nice part about this mod is there is no adding characters to homies or backup and all it takes is one file(my character.xtbl):p
Instructions:
simple instructions are simply copy the character.xtbl after extracting with WinRAR or winzip
to your main saints row the third directory(...steam/steamapps/common/saints row the third);)

I created this mod to be simple because I got tired of ridiculous saints and having 2 to 300 mod files in my main directory so I modified the one file to do it all;)

Update:
Uploaded a second setup to include decker specialist retexture.
Instructions are the same.
Unpack with winrar or 7zip.
Copy all contained files to:
Local disk c/program files x86/steam/steam apps/common/saints row the third

All files updated.

Yes but only after you get certain missions completed 75% into the game doing certain missions for zimos. I replaced all 8 saints and backup saints you get as soon as you get gang customize taking over saints hq doing the party time mission. Kiki viola and viola bloody cannoness are never truly available and whenever you do get viola in phone menu she always busy and i fixed it to where these girls don't die. Check your gang customize and i bet 99% of girls i chose aren't available period or almost game completed. Every one is available now from the start now. Please quit making comments on alk my mods till you look at what they realy are. Apparently you don't grasp the concept of this mod so go back to the top of the page and read the whole thing. My concept here was to get real backup gang from the start of game and deasant characters to look at instead of vanilla half put together characters. I don't know about you but me and several other people like to play the game from the begining for fun and want real characters to make it fun. I'm just making the game enjoyable from my perspective and if you don't like the mod or understand it just don't download it.

I have a question for you. I made you a custom decker sword and 45. How come after complaining my mod didn't work, why didn't you ever post any screenshots to show you got it working? I know it works because i made it and posted screenshots of using it. The point is i make mods for a reason, to make your game more enjoyable. But if you can't get them working i'm wasting my time. But if i made you a custom mod, please atleast have the decenscy to tell me or post a screenshot to prove you got it to work. But you've been here longer than me and should know how this works adding these mods. And i'm not trying to be mean and appreciate some of your comments and likes but all i ask is don't post questions till you read what my mods are first. I beleive i fully explained the point of this mod at the top before the screenshots. I'm mearly sharing my gang customize and pointing out why i chose it that way and offered to create custom gangs for people and all they had to do is ask. So it realy doesn't matter who i chose. Some people may like my choice and some won't but atleast i offered to create their own gang for them if they didn't like my choice.

Because I didn't get them working
 
After having to reformat my laptop and reinstall all games i'm starting to catch up with things. I found a few errors in my file that will be fixed as quickly as possible. The decker rollerblader didn't want to work right after i reinstalled the vanilla game from steam and placing my mod back in the game. So i looked into the problem and i made a few spelling errors:p. So i'm fixing the file today and should be uploaded by morning. If anyone would like any of the chosen characters for saints changed this would be a good opportunity. But as i said up top i can make custom saints for you and even modify the characters texture if you ask;). So any replies would be helpful.
 
just letting you know that the Decker rollerblader girl is not working, she doesn't appear when you select her from the gang customization

I will check into this. Not sure why it's doing that. Worked perfect for me. Thanks for the feedback. I will make sure it's fixed today.

EDIT:
just verified everything works fine.
Removed all mods from my game and had steam verify the local cache files.
Vanilla game added this character.xtbl and all worked fine.
If you have a problem it must be a conflict with other mods
