SOLVED Upgrades xtbl location

Hey there, I am new in modding and I've just extracted every packfile from saints row IV. (Thanks to Minimaul)
Now I am in the patch_compressed.vpp.pc folder and I am looking for upgrades from the HUB.
What I want to do is change the time when followers are going to bleed out to a INSANE value.
Are you going to help me? :)
