Before "Volution" updated the game to the version of "Re-Elected", I had worked perfectly, a very popular mod, for this part of the franchise. We are talking, of course, about the license "Steam". Tell me what I do wrong? It seems like everything according to the instructions, but refuses to work completely. Even installed "Lua" patch. Doesn’t work.
 
You need to downgrade the game to previous version, right click game > Properties > in Steam's Betas. Then mods will work again.

P/S: I don't know if it will delete savefiles. Please make a backup first.

Sory, SR3R does not support many mods.
You can use mods on the original version SR3.

Have you tried rolling the game back to a previous version via Steam Betas? Did you get the mods working again? Did you back up your saves before rolling back?
