Hi guys I would like to tell you a smart way of doing the speed fix setting. Instead of trail and error you only need one good speed test, a calculator and a bit of math knowledge.
You basically do proportion calculation
X- the percent of the game speed at witch SR2 runs correctly
t- your test time (just put in the number like 143 or 119 instead of 1:43, 1:19)
143 - the correct time
X=((t * 100)/143)/100
For me time was 1:19s so for me X=0.832167832168, I just put that number in the Powertools.ini and game runs as it should.
You can use spreadsheet to calculate it for you or just use calculator.
The beauty of this lies in fact you get VERY precise number and you only need to time your test once and then second time to make sure everything is correct. Also since its just percentage you do not need to worry about unit conversion or anything like that.
