I have found a mystery go to "Espina" in the "New Colvin District" and there is a Cargo ship called "Rolyat Leu Mas Tinsel Bee" which "Rolyat Leu Mas" is "Samuel Taylor" and "Tinsel" is an anagram of "Enlist", but I cannot decipher "Bee" so what does this all mean and Who is "Samuel Taylor".

On the saome Cargo ship it has a poster of "Stilwater Sharks" from "Saints Row 2" and a map of "Steelport" with mysterious markings on it like "I AM NOT!", "Tues", "WTF DUDE?!" and "STEVEN'S IS A SHORT ASS BASTARD", so what do these mean.

If you got any "S-Files" post them here so the community can help you solve them.
 
Alot of speculation about that map that can be found on other ship too: many thinks that is a route to a secret mermaid, but i visited those places indicated on the map (like many others) and found nothing. The map, i think, was done by Kinzie because include gangs places (many of the deckers: her favourote subjects) and that ship is the one in whom kinzie was held captive in a mission.
But the anagram tickles me: maybe other cargo ships have a different name/anagram? That should be investigated.
One is on henry steel mills piers and maybe there is another one near casinò crib.
 
I went to look at other cargo ships and noticed with the cargo ships near "The 3-Count Casino" crib in "Port Pryor" the ship with the "Cabbit" from "Saints Row 2" there is a container which you can open but there is nothing in there at all and oddly enough the indication to store a vehicle popped up so was this a storage location for the player.

Yes around the casino there are other 2 containers like that. You're on xbox? Because i'm on pc and i don't have that pop-up to store vehicles near the containers.
