It surely has to be possible in some form? Right?
I'm gonna go through every inch of Stilwater and find the most suitable area which could be used to create some kind of "Backrooms" Mod.
It just has to be possible.

It's not looking good for screenshots. So far the closest place I could find was the Brotherhood Hideout, but it's way too small and too specific. Each room on each floor can be easily identified and with the big split dividing the building in two, it just won't work. I can't think of any other areas that would be suitable... Maybe if the Volition Office could be duplicated over and over again, in an open space below the map, it could work to some extent?
