There aren't any way to add new characters to game. But there should be a way to made something like missions from that DLC but without sounds and cutscenes and with another characters.

There are several files referencing her in the game files, but I don't think the actual mesh is there. It's not something I would spend my time on trying to get work anyway.

Unfortunately that was all part of DLC. DLC that the PC didn't get.
