Update: With Rave Vehicles
With Rave Vehicles
+ changes vehicle underglow to Dubstep effects
+ changes kneecappers to star effects
Make sure you purchase "kneecappers" and vehicle "underglow"

Reshade silhouette effect (optional)
If you use my Reshade "Preset" You will need to Remove the rain.
The Rain causes the silhouette outlines to look weird.

Installation Guide:
Place "VFX" in your Main Saints Row IV folder (where your game launcher is)

Installation Guide:
1. Download Reshade and install
Reshade
2. Download my Reshade configuration settings
3. Place my reshade configuration settings (ini) where your game launcher is
4. Start The Game
5. Press the (Home key) to bring up the menu settings
6. On the very top click on the blue Search Bar (Red bar if it is your first time)
7. Scroll down until you find "Saints4.ini" click on it, then press enter.
8. Press the (Home key) again to exit
No Rain installation:
Place "weather" in your Main Saints Row IV folder (where your game launcher is)
You NEED this if you use the silhouette Preset (Reshade)
