SR3 more colors mod?

Been scrolling through the released mods section, but I can't seem to find any mods that give more colors to work with. Is there even a mod for more colors?

Step 2 Go to: Gentlemen_of_Steelport_v1.0_Beta_3\optional_mod_stuff\misc_tables.vpp_pc\extra_colors_for_clothing_and_makeup
Step 3 Copy files over to main game library.
