HOW TO UNPACK

Drag 'misc_tables_startup.vpp_xbox2' file into Unpack.exe then it creates a folder called misc_tables_startup for you to mod.
(this can work with any of the xbox2 files but misc_tables_startup.vpp_xbox2 carries the most important parts of SR2)
HOW TO REPACK COMMAND AFTER MODDING INSIDE FOLDER

After you are done making adjustments to your mod inside that folder then open up CMD.exe and type in 'pack -bc misc_tables_startup' without the (')
then files will rebuild to 'misc_tables_startup_PACKED.vpp_pc' then Rename that to 'misc_tables_startup.vpp_xbox2'
but makesure to delete the old misc_tables_startup.vpp_xbox2

I did not create these tools, somebody else gave me these tools but they didn't have any credits tied to them but i am just uploading these for the community to use to help support Saints Row 2 on Xenia.
