SR:TT Beatdown?

Those right mouse button QTE attacks. Is there a way to bring those back into IV? I know we have super powers now, but I always liked the beatdown in SR:TT. I've seen NPCs in IV do it so the animations are there. Could it be as easy as editing xtbl files to bring them back? If yes, if someone could point me in the right direction I could do it myself.

These were hardcoded in SRTT, but got removed in SRIV, and it's the sort of thing we just can't bring back .
