Sprinting speed

Hello there, i was wondring if someone can help me with this sprinting speed thing, i cant seem to Find what file that i can use to speed my sprinting speed so if any one know where the file and its name it would be really helpfull :)
 
tweak_table.xtbl and there you have Normal: Player_max_sprint_speed or Super: Player_super_sprint_max_speed

Edit 2: so i just need to put it on my main folder and it will work ?

Sorry for annoying you lol , but this is my last question XD what is the jump thingy called ? i used the XBL editor but it seems none of them has any relation to the Player max jump , so if you dont mind me pleass tell me the name of it so i can make the char jump high, and sorry for the spam lol
