If you are using the sandbox mod, find a lua file and edit the amount of money you can add into a minus number, then give you a self penalty, like once you die, you lose a certain amount of money. It works pretty good when I play SR3. I'm not sure the sandbox mod file for SR4 works the same as SR3's, but the one for the SR3 was super easy to edit it.
