Sound Modification for Weapons, Footsteps and Vehicles?

Hey, y'all.

Just wondering if there was a way to change sounds in game to sounds of my choosing. I'm mainly looking to change weapon sounds, footsteps, and vehicle sounds.


Any idea on how this can be achieved?
