SoTB's Post-game gang control, SR1 edition

Remember the Post-game gang control mod that comes as an optional thing in GoTR?
Well, this mod does something just like it, now you will never have to fully say goodbye to the other gangs.
It's simple to install, just unpack your misc and misc2 folders, drag and drop the content in the provided .rar, replace (back up your originals if you want to) and start a new game, you will notice that the Rollerz will keep the apartments district south of the suburbs after you got rid of the jurors, you'll see that sinking the Carnales' product will not get rid of them and that after saving and meeting Ben King for the first time the VKs will develope an undying love for aviation history as they won't leave the museum.
This hoods were selected specifically because there isn't much to do there and because they each have at least one grafitti tag so you can always have an easy way to get some notoriety.
-Please note-
This mod will only work if you haven't completed the missions and strongholds mentioned avobe.

hmmm this mod gives me an idea.

I was thinking if i could make an extended version of this mod to where any stronghold, activity and story mission to where it keeps all the gangs in place upon completing them so gangs can still be around.

can you do more hoods to be left maintained by the rival gangs than just one for every gang? I did it in SR2 and it worked nicely (I control only 15 hoods after story). But here it seems to be different.
 
yeah, this mod might be a little more tedious to replicate on SR1 compared to SR2 since in SR2 you only need to mod the sr2_city_mission.xtbl file but here you have to change every single missions .lua file.
I don't know if you know how to do it (open them with notepad) or if you have the patience to do it because I honestly don't have that much patience or time to work on it.
 
I changed only in district lua files that the hood is gonna just set team like it was before. For example projects were vice king territory and I changed Playas to Vice Lords. I dont know if that enough though.
 
I changed it in redlight district, but now after mission I gained the damn bavogian plaza there... can you tell me what exactly and in which files should I change? I dont want to gain downtown, airport, high retail districts ( I changed those to owner as police in neighborhoods.xtbl since I dont want any gang members there- I did the same in SR2). Also from gangs the only hoods I want to gain is truck yard, factories, chinatown and maybe red light district.

I found it in those gang missions that I just need to change "success" section, remove hood_set_owner. That should do it right? What did you change in those other files in misc2? Is it needed?
