So WTF is Pando Media Booster?

Last year I install an MMO called Rusty Heart and after a few hour of it install I than uninstall the game.

So I turn on my PC today and was told to update something I don't remember even installing called Pando Media Booster, being scare I click the X and uninstall it and scan my PC.

So should I reformat my PC to be safe?
