I love sr2 with a passion and my favorite character is johnny gat i do have a question that i would like to know if it would be able to be done so in sr2 you can make your character look kinda like johnny but, could you just put his model in the game over your character in some way thanks for the help thanks !

The reference folder that comes with the mod has a text file with every cheat in the game, including the new ones like the Johnny Gat morph. It is not clothing. It is a morph.
The open pricing selections are all optional mods included with GotR that makes all pricing $1 for different features like weapons. They are located in menu 12. It even says $1 pricing right there on the menu itself.

Then you either didn't move the newly created patch files, or you didn't actually select it.
