Short Skirts

To say the truth i know nothing of modding other than manually installing them...but i would like to request a skirt similar to presidents suit skirt, that ends above the knee..don't no whether this is possible but if somebody can create it i would really appreciate it..if colors are any concerns i would like it in colors red, black, saints purple and white. thnx in advance
