Character Customization Shiny Clothes (Wetlook, Leather, Latex, etc)

Can anyone create Shiny Materials for outfits (Metallic, etc) and colors we can choose.....?

Or All Shiny (Wet-look / Leather ) effect mods for outfits just like SR 3, 4. (Remastered not working...too bad)
 
Yes, please. That would be awesome. im Missing a lot of those crazy outfit options we had in the unmodded SR3 and seems the new SR got even less, not so freaky stuff. would like to see the mod back in Sr3 comming to the new SR. Also would like to see some of the existing complete outfits get seperated, so we can use high boots for example without the rest of the outfit.
