I've tinkered with the files and managed to fix the issue by reducing the time to disable each generator. I've uploaded it here: http://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/...-interupted-generator-disabling-bug-fix.3929/

From what I see from other people's complaints, I'm assuming the bug stems from low frame rates. Does your buddy have the same issue? Is your frame rate low?
