Savefiles from Microsoft Store to GOG version

I was playing the Microsoft Store version of the game that uses the old sr3s_pc format for savefiles, and now I've got the latest GOG version that uses sr4s_pc format. Is there any tool to convert savefiles, because I don't want to lose my progress. I bought the GOG version because I'd like to add mods to the game, and that is not possible in the Microsoft Store version
