Save with Dirty Cheats

It would be awesome to have a mod that allowed you to save the game while using dirty cheats. I've played the game a couple times and would love to just go ham, but not being able to save make it not appealing at all. I'm okay with no achievements, that makes sense. But not being able to progress? Why bother?
