Save File Mod portrait or voice indication?

Trying to play through the SR3 with each of the 6 voices (probably not going to use the zombie voice... don't know, but whatever), and the logistics of doing so with the current save architecture is sort of balls. Out of curiosity, would it be possible to mod the save/load screens to display either a portrait of the protagonist (think a mugshot) or, at least some indication of the voice used for the protagonist?

I realize that this is a bit of a Hail Mary.

You could move your saves to a folder with your own label after each session...? Then move them back to play. Saves are located:
~\Steam Library\userdata\YOUR USER ID # HERE\55230\remote
