Mod is made with the new game update files released 1/23/2014.
So all Upgrades are stable and will not disappear later in game.

>>Almost every weapon has been tweaked thru the weapons upgrade file. So once you buy the upgrades at Friendly Fire the performance tweaks I made will kick in. All are massively improved. Not overly powerful- just better performing. You will have to repurchase the upgrades right after installing this- because this will initially reset your upgrade specs.

>>All weapons have higher ammo count in gun and have adjusted ammo caches which are much larger.

>>All weapon upgrade prices have been reduced to a reasonable price. They are now actually in line with the type of money you earn in this game. Example-prices that were $1,000, $6,500, $7,500, $8,750, $10,000 are now $100, $650, $750, $875, $1,000.

This is far more logical a mod than my previous " Weapons that don't Suck" mod-- This functions in harmony with the game instead of bypassing the weapons upgrades and ammo at Friendly Fire. And it uses the very latest update files from Volition for SR IV so less issues in game due to that.


Recommended mods to compliment this mod.
Give them a try- I wont play this game without them.

I use the "improved weapons beta v0.1" mod from this group here. Adds variety to customization of weapons and works perfect with my mod. That is the only part of this mod group i install though.

This mod is very useful to bring the fov ( field of view) of this game in line with what is normal for a game of this type. The game has terrible fov if you dont adjust it. I set mine somewhere around 82 to 90 fov

This mod works well and has many improvements that seem perfect for the game- it allows more use of the super powers and gives you more money throughout the game. Also it makes the golden CID easier to catch and gets rid of most of the glitchy stuff.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

To install just drop these into your game folder where the SaintsRowIV.exe is.
to remove from game delete the same files and it's done.

Sir, when i put these files in sr4 game folder.And then when i play my game it stops at loading screen and gives error "Saints Row IV stopped working"

have you updated your game with the latest update? - this mod is based on the last update to SRIV by Volition. I think the files are correct- I and several friends have tested them and they seem to function fine. I will double check though to make sure. I am thinking though it is that you've not updated the game.

Do you mean that if I have the Heavy SMG fully upgraded, it will be fully upgraded when I start 'From Asha with Love'? Or am I misinterpreting it?

You will have to repurchase the upgrades right after installing this- because this will initially reset your upgrade specs.

I'm thinking you'll lose the upgrades you've purchased so far when you install this mod, meaning you'll have to buy them again before you go on another mission.
