Thanks. Somehow it's just like the lightning in the first game, you have to wait and wait and wait then if you're lucky you'll see some pedestrian get his or her ass hit then they burn til they die lol

I made more improvements to the mod so I'm wanting to try to release by tonight or tomorrow.
