SRTT Saints Row The Third Weapons Entries

Firstly, I apologize if this has already been addressed. I have been fairly absent, understatement, and want to rush back in to try and play catchup and learn all the new details of what will be possible.

1. Will we be able to replace weapon models all together? IE; Replacing the GiS laser models with say a taser model.

2. Will the ability to duplicate a weapon entry be possible just for proof of concept? IE; Making a second of the Krukov, just to have it there.

I type up a massive explanation of what I'm shooting for, but the over all scope of this is that I want to create a full STAG arsenal. I'm over here absolutely in love with the rifle and shotgun, but I felt they needed a pistol and an smg. So I kept this mock up as well as all kind of other projects from the past just in case as time were to arise that we could make duplicate of at least the weapon entries.

I'm always hopeful for what might come about, and the DLC weapons in free roam really gives me hope we're going to see an amazing new dawn on what will happen with these mods.
 
Since you've already seen BMS' All weapons in Free Roam thread, I won't relink you to it, however, what you're asking is pretty much exactly what he's doing to get the weapons working.
 
Sort of, he's taking weapons that are already in game and re-integrating them. I'm talking about making a brand new entry all together... Kind of, I mean don't get me wrong, what he's had a break through on will lead to what I'm trying to figure out, but its not... exactly what I'm trying to do.

The end goal is to find out the total limitation on how many weapons could be added to the game theoretically.
