SAINTS ROW THE THIRD BETA 2009

First I want to sy thanks and give credits to the following people for posting the original thread and information on the beta 2009 original concept and all help and ideas to get this mod this far;):

Now you probably want to know what the Saints Row The Third beta 2009 build is:oops:?
Well my concept conceived from information read and beta 2009 build concept art and information found in game files is this:
Originaly there were 3 gangs and the luchadore never existed( they were a female oriental prostution ring lead by SUKO and SUKI aka kiki and viola) and the Morningstar were high class gun smugglers that was originaly conceived to be an all mens gang. The deckers looked more like a 50's greaser group running muscle cars( atleast that's the way I saw it from the concept art). If you look closely from information from idol ninja there is an H-style building in the middle of town that was originaly supposed to be for the gangs( one side female and other side the men).
Now I will show you some of the original 2009 beta concept art:

Now looking at the original concept, what I've done here is pretty much redesigned the game to the core.
The luchadores have been replaced with a female gang called the Oiran lead by Suko and Suki(aka kiki and viola that have been retextured and reworked. They now look like so:

And the Oriental girls in the gang are now ex-Morningstar girls retextured to wear the Oiran symbol, pink and black outfits and pure headhunters( headshot multiplier now 3 times as deadle and can blow up a car in 2 rounds) so I don't recommend being in a vehicle or on a bike when shot at:p. These lovely ladies now look like so:

And these lovely ladies now roll in torqued out trans ams with 950 horse power and are feisty as can be( response times in notoriety no longer 10 to 30 seconds, now 3 to 5 seconds). They look like so:

Only drawback is these ladies don't have brutes anymore except specified missions and luchadore suv's spawn at gang operations( still working on that:p). They were just made fast and viscous.
Next, I didn't do too much to the Morningstar except make them an all mens gang and I figured since they were supposed to be high class gun smugglers they needed better rides:p. They now roll in black limousines and have the same response times in notoriety as the Oiran ladies. Their cars now look like so:

Not bad huh. Cool as hell being chased by 100 limousines:p.
Last but not least, we have the deckers. They looked more like a greaser group in the original concept art. So I figured lets make some better looking greasers and give them some good rides. Our new deckers are a group of gangster( tommi verceti looking gangsters as That'sMe called them:p) and ride in over 1,000,000 different variations of the hammerhead with variations you can't buy in rim jobs( things like blowers coming out the sides of the hood and rear end,t-tops and other things). Our new deackers look like this and have rides like this:

Setbacks to this mod:
Brutes only exist in specified missions, and spawn at roadblocks, and attack you as random peds:p.
Next, the deckers rollerblader doesn't spawn during notoriety( she spawns at gang operations and attacks you as a random ped so beware).

Pluses to this mod:
the saints now have their very own rollerblader fully retextured and arrives with saints backup on the bumper of the nyte blayde car;).She looks like so and has 2 new abilities the deckers doesn't( added immovable object and fire damage 4:p):

Kinzie is now super kinzie from sriv, as I felt she fit the description in the original concept art in the warzone.

Also looking at the original concept art of the cop next to the police car, all cop cars(except a given few at roadblocks such as breakdowns) now spawn unmarked and look like so:

Next, all gang customizations are unlocked at the start of the game( if you want deckers, cops,gimps, hos, oiran,morningstar or anything else available) it is ready as soon as you can get gang customization.

I have also included an optional unlockables.xtbl file that if you buy cash for respect 1,2, and 3 for 500 dollars, you will have the respect to buy any and all upgrades you want.

Last but not least, all weapons now come fully retextured to look as close to original concept as I could.
Also almost all weapons at level 4 have armor piercing override, flammable rounds, and explosive tips and are all fully automatic. The police shotgun and tazers are now duel wieldable and the tazer has no overheat and up to 6,000 volts. These have been added so you have a fighting chance:p. Since the brutes and rollerbladers were removed due to some changes( sorry but to make things look like the original I had to:() the response times on notoriety have been changed. I got tired of twiddling my thumbs waiting for the gang member to spawn during survival and notoriety.All response times on gangs have been changed from 10 to 30 seconds t0 anywhere between 0 and 5 seconds. Since the original concept pretty well showed a living war zone, I figured ok. If you ever played the game on hard, we just skipped expert and went to insane mode:p.
You take out a gang operation, you better be ready because they come crwling out of the woodwork like cockroaches:p.

Almost everything in this mod had to be integrated into the games packfiles for things to spawn correctly and look correct. Saying that, this mod was too large to upload the server so it has been uploaded to mediafire.
Simply download the mod and extract files to the given locations. I highly recommend my unlockables file if you don't want to get slaughtered in 10 seconds:p.

Edit:
The final version has been uploaded. This game has been entirely reworked to the core. The only thing original is the story. New gangs, new characters, more brutes, saints rollerblader, advanced weaponry, new cars, new gang vehicles, unmarked cop cars and so much more. Gang response times went from 10 to 45 second to 0 and 3. The Oiran ladies don't have brutes but fast and powerful. The deckers and Morningstar now have brutes that arrive in 1,000 different variations of pickups and unmarked and now you deal with 4 brutes at level 5 notoriety instead of 1. Brutes are now random peds that attack you randomly and so are rollerbladers for the deckers( they randomly arrive in notoriety). Peds have been edited to attack randomly now. More life has been added to all districts including more limos and cars and new variations of cars. I have included evey item I have ever ported and modified over the last year so you can look the part of the beta 2009. Many thanks to idol ninja for allowing me to include and edit his mission replay, wardrobe color changer, and now edit any vehicle including dlc. I modified half the missions including the bank robbery at the start. You now have level 4 upgrades on all weapons, police pistols with duel wield, armor piercing override, flammable rounds, explosive tips and as an added bonus you get to keep the weapons for surviving. Yes that's right, you get to enter the plane fully loaded. Any questions or comments are welcome. Install is self explanatory. Download and extract the given files to the marked locations. Yes this was a large mod due to the fact I edited over half the game files to make this work properly.
YOU MUST START A NEW GAME FOR THIS TO LOOK AND WORK PRPOERLY.
ANY MODS IN MAIN DIRECTORY WILL OVERRIDE THIS ONE SO PLEASE REMOVE ALL MODS IN MAI DIRECTORY. BACK UP OLD GAME FILES BEFORE INSTALLING.

Final version also includes new splashscreens and main menu created to make the game look more like the beta. Splashscreens have been created for volitions hard work with these games and allowing us to access moding them. The new main menu was created from the beta 2009 concept art.

Yes you can shoot through walls, cars, tanks, garage doors and more. Police pistols now have armor piercing override, flammable rounds and explosive tips and a range of 1,000 yards. The death blossom now has the same options. All weapons were retextured to look as close to the beta 2009 as possible.

All clothing and other items were removed to reduce the mod size significantly. Mod link was broken temporarily. Thank you and hope there was no inconvenience.

I really like this mod but deckers don't look like beta deckers. Why are they wear black clothes not blue? I don't know.
I will work on that pal;). I been trying to change his shirt to blue and vestblack, blue shoes and blue gloves on the third model but the color palette isn't working with me. So I may try and create a new color palette to make it work right:)

Pretty self explanatory, download it and extract files, then replace the given .vpp files and done. Includes hidden suits from sriv, popstar, sim assassin suit, and many more plus every hairstyle and clothing I have ported over the last year.
 
I really like this mod but deckers don't look like beta deckers. Why are they wear black clothes not blue? I don't know.
Try toying with the deckers color palette in the npc color palette file for each decker and see if you can come up with something to help out if you get free time. Right now the 2 deckers I made are just placeholders like the concept did till I can get their palette to work with me. If you get free time, that would be the greatest help to finishing this mod. Each decker I designed works solely off the npc color palette, so you can independently give each one a different palette just the same as you designed your chrome and paint mod. All you have to do is assign each one a different color palette in the character.xtbl file

I felt it wasn't like the beta without the brutes, so the Morningstar now have brutes at level 4 and 5 (beware, the arrive in unmarked random pickups:p). Next, the brutes don't have flamethrower in notoriety anymore since beta only showed the tattoo brute and minigun. Also, during level 5 you no longer deal with 1 brute at a time, it is now 3:p. Also, I got the deckers rollerblader to show up at level 5 hanging on to the hammerhead:D. Bad news is the files must be integrated into the packfiles for things to work properly:(. Also she won' spawn unless you start a new game with the files integrated into the packfiles:(. Good news is our rollerblader is fireproof and immovable object:D. Still working on making better deckers as Admixon requested;). I can't change the luchadores to oiran in gang customization because they are tied to the cutscenes and gameplay which it is refusing to let me alter. Good news is in statistics while playing, it does show them as Oiran specialists kills:D. But as far as I can see, I made the game look and feel like the beta 2009:).
