Saints Row IV Windows Store version refuses to launch.

I have the Windows Store, GamePass for PC version of SRIV and it will not launch at all. I click on "Play" in the XBox Beta app in Windows 10 and it does not open at at all.

Can anyone figure out how I can play Saints Row IV from the Windows Store?

I have the exact same version, and mine plays perfectly. Also on Windows 10. Seems like it's something on your end with setup.
