I'm wondering if it is possible to transfer SRIV dlc to GOOH folder to work with the cheats and menu mods and clothing store mods?

if not is there a mod that can transfer dlc files into the folder and work with it?

This was actually left out of the mod on purpose - we don't allow mods that allow access to DLC content for people who don't own it, sorry.
 
No - there's no way to do this that wouldn't allow people who don't have the DLC to use it.
