Quick Points:
After the Saints take over Steelport, an Earthquake shifts Henry Steel Mills away from Downtown, so the Saints turn it into New Saints Row.
Westside Rollerz own Stanfield. Morningstar own New Colvin. Ultor own Carver Island. Brotherhood own Downtown. And Dex, who has now taken over STAG, own Saints Row.
They move Saints HQ to Mission Beach, and place a Hospital in it's place in Sunset Park.
There's now a Johnny Gat Memorial Museum in Loren Square which replaces most of the Hospital, leaving only a small section across the road.
There's a Penthouse Crib in the Central Tower in Loren Square.
Kinzie built a second Warehouse in Mission Beach (both Warehouses now have Garages for Playa's Boats), as well as a Guard Armory for the Saints own private use.
There's a Chupacabra Casino and Poseidon's Palace Casino in Mission Beach just south of the Saints Church, as well as a Planet Saints clothing store.
Athos Bay now has a small Nuclear Plant using assets from the Nuclear Plant in Burns Hill.
There's a Street of houses in Harrowgate that is similar to the street in The Grove.
Both Harrowgate and Athos Bay have a Boardwalk section now.
The "Rim Jobs" in Sunset Park, is now owned by Donnie, and rebranded to "Donnie's".
Once purchasing the Airport Hanger, all planes are automatically stored in Playa's Garage.
There's a "Ship It" in Mission Beach to buy all types of boats. A "Mile High Club" in Sunset Park to buy all types of Helis/Jets. And the other 3 are "Foreign Power", to buy all types of Land Vehicles. (These are all just manned kiosks in the middle of car parks, they don't have stores or buildings to enter)
Quick Description:
The Saints are celebrating their victory over STAG and the Syndicate. Zimos, Angel, and Shaundi are still at their homes getting ready. Just as the other Saints are partying, their TV's all get interrupted by a live broadcast from Dane Vogel.
Vogel makes his point, then shows live footage of Angel's Gym, Shaundi's Ex's Apartment Building, and Zimos's Carwash getting blown up. All unfortunately while Angel, Shaundi, and Zimos were all in them. Vogel then announces his attack on the Saints. Just as Ultor attacks New Saints Row, Playa and Pierce are rescued by two unknown people.
Playa awakens in a house in The Grove. And is met by Lin and Gat who have been in hiding since their "deaths". They inform Playa that the Saints are no more and Ultor, The Morningstar, and the Westside Rollerz have formed a new Syndicate and have taken over Stilwater.
Dane Vogel leads Ultor, Phillipe Loren leads the Morningstar, William Sharp leads the Westside Rollerz. As they were all smart enough to have body doubles to take the fall. And Donnie leads the Brotherhood.
But they all really work for one man... Dex himself, who has claimed the Saints Church Of Steelport as his new HQ.

Prologue: Arc 01
Spoke Too Soon:
The Saints celebrate their victory over the Syndicate in their newly renovated Saints Row District in Steelport. However their victory is short lived when Dane Vogel announces he is still alive, and orders an immediate attack on all Saints and their allies. Playa, Pierce, Oleg, and Viola fight off as many Masako agents as possible, but get quickly overwhelmed. Things look bad as Oleg and Viola go down in battle, then suddenly Playa and Pierce get knocked out.
Game Over:
Playa awakens in a basement and is tied to a chair. A masked man enters the room and and the two have a very heated discussion, until the masked man is revealed to be Johnny Gat. To Playa's surprise, Lin enters the room, revealing she too is still alive. They both explain the situation to Playa, and reveal that Pierce is the only other Saint they managed to rescue. The 4 of them get in a vehicle and take a tour of Steelport to see just how bad the situation is. They then head back to that same house (in The Grove) and start thinking of a plan.
3rd Street Saints: Arc 02
Jimmy's Plan:
Jimmy pays the Saints a surprise visit and reveals that he has been working on his cloning machine. He suggests making an army of Johnny Gats... But is quickly denied by Gat himself, saying "there can only be one". The Saints all discuss choosing one person each that they'd like to resurrect. Without hesitation, Johnny chooses Aisha. Pierce chooses Carlos. Lin thinks cloning is a bad idea. And Playa chooses Maero, to which the others all assume Playa has lost their mind. Playa safely escorts Pierce to the Airport so he can catch a flight to Stilwater and collect the necessary DNA samples.
Not Fast Enough:
Unable to wait patiently for Pierce's return, Playa wants the New Syndicate to pay for the deaths of the Saints. While Gat likes the idea of getting back into action, Lin would prefer to keep things lowkey until the Saints have a strong foundation. Jimmy suggests that they take over Arapice Island, as the Zombie inhabitants have kept the New Syndicate from taking it over. Lin and Gat both agree, then the 3 of them head over to Arapice Island and begin clearing out some "Zombie" Operations (Gang Operations), purchasing Rim Jobs and the Church, then fight off a few waves of Zombies, before running into the Zombies' Leader... Zombie Shaundi, who recognises the Saints and orders her zombie crew to stop attacking them.
When One Door Closes:
The Saints decide to gather some surveillance equipment from Kinzie's Old Warehouse, but when they get there, they find a portal. They step through the portal to find that they are in Kinzie's New Warehouse. While there, they discover Kinzie is still alive. They gather as many supplies as they can, then the others head back through the portal and take the stuff back to The Grove, while Playa charges through Saints Row and escapes via the Bridge.
Mid Flight Cancellation:
Pierce calls Playa to tell them that his plane got shot down and he landed on an off shore island. He has the DNA samples, but no transport back to the city. Playa and Lin go shopping for some STAG uniforms and weapons, they then use Kinzie's portal to sneak into Saints Row and casually blend in as they go to the Saints Armory and purchase a boat to rescue Pierce. They get to the island, fight off the Morningstar, rescue Pierce, then head back to the city.
And So It Begins:
The Saints begin moving their stuff into the Church in Arapice Island. The trucks are loaded and ready to roll. But this convoy has not gone unnoticed by Ultor. Playa defends the Convoy from the Masako via Tornado. Once making it to the Church, Jimmy calls Playa to tell them that the clones are ready. Playa heads over to Jimmy's house and defends his vehicle from Morningstar via Tornado. Once everyone is at the Church, and setup has begun, Playa calls a meeting... Where assignments are appointed, spirits are raised, and it is declared that "It's our time now, let's get this shit started!". Maero only agrees to aid the Saints, if they clone Jessica. (Aisha & Gat - Morningstar, Carlos & Lin - Westside Rollerz, Maero & Pierce - Ultor, Kinzie & Zombie Shaundi - STAG, Maero & Carlos - Brotherhood)
STAG: Arc 03
To The Point:
Playa wants to send a message to the New Syndicate by taking back Saints Row and killing their leader (who at this moment is though to be Cyrus Temple). So Kinzie sends Lin undercover into Saints Row to find STAG's weakest points so the Saints can gain some ground over STAG. In the mean time, Playa & Zombie Shaundi create a diversion in Downtown to keep most of STAG's forces busy while Lin does her undercover recon.
Foot In The Door:
Lin regroups with Kinzie and Playa to give them the intel she gathered. The easiest way to get in Saints Row and set up an operation there, is to take over Harrowgate. So Playa loads up a Mule with Zombie Shaundi's Crew and heads for Saints Row. Playa and the Zombies fight off waves of STAG until they send a Crusader in to finish the job, but Playa soon makes short work of the Crusader and sends STAG a clear message... The Saints are back.
Power Move:
With STAG still sending wave after wave of soldiers and tanks to attack the Saints, Kinzie suggests cutting off STAG's power so they can't produce anymore tanks and armor. So Playa and Kinzie gear up for an attack on the Nuclear Plant in Athos Bay. Playa defends Kinzie while she works her technical magic on the Plant's grid. A few surviving soldiers return to the Church to inform their leader that they lost the Plant to the Saints, and this is where Dex is finally revealed to be their leader (To the viewer, not the Saints), and he is not happy with the news.
Heavy Rain:
Just as the Saints start to feel like they are gaining control, STAG starts dropping bombs all over Saints Row in hopes of wiping out the Saints, despite the loss of innocent lives. It's up to Playa to take out the VTOLs dropping bombs over Saints Row.
Go For The Head:
It's time to take the fight directly to Temple... Or so they think. Playa, Kinzie, and Gat storm Mission Beach and take back the Saints Church, but Playa and Gat finally get revenge on an old friend. With Dex dead and STAG wiped out, Sharp, Loren, and Vogel instantly turn on one another and the city falls into chaos. Donnie however, keeps the Brotherhood under control and bides his time.
Morningstar: Arc 04/05/06
Stargazing:
With Aisha not having any experience being a Lieutenant for the Saints, Playa decides to have her start with some recon work. Gat gets Morningstar's attention by causing a scene in Espina. When the cops show up to arrest everyone, some of the Morningstar make a quick exit. Playa defends Aisha's Zomkah as she follows the Morningstar back to their HQ (which happens to be Safeword, but completely remodelled).
The Shipment:
While in the Police Station, Gat overheard some of the arrested Morningstar talking about a shipment of new girls arriving at the docks. After Gat regroups with the Saints and tells them about the shipment, Playa heads for the docks in Camano Place to "Snatch" Morningstar's girls. This does not sit well with Loren, who demands they get their girls back, by any means necessary.
Always Use Protection:
Morningstar is attacking Saints HQ where the girls are staying. Playa, Gat, and Pierce run to their rescue and defend the Penthouse until a convoy of helicopters arrive to get them to safety. Gat then decides it's time to send Phillipe a message.
Good Cop, Bad Cop:
After a trip to Let's Pretend, Playa and Lin are now dressed as cops, they get in a cop car and wait for Kinzie to track down Viola's Temptress. Once located, Playa must get to Viola and force her to pull over. Playa and Lin will then "arrest" her, then take her to the Saints Church (where Gat is already awaiting their arrival). Once there, they send Loren a message stating that the girls belong to the Saints now, and if he tries to get them back one more time, Viola will be killed. After they hang up, it is revealed (to the viewer) that this was staged and Viola already agreed to switch sides as she didn't even know the Saints were still alive, but when asked to be released from the handcuffs, they tell her that she needs to remain "captive" in case the Morningstar attempt a rescue.
Eye For An Eye, Girl For A Girl:
As Playa is sitting at their desk in the Saints Church, Gat storms in and informs Playa that Aisha has been kidnapped by the Morningstar. The two of them roam New Colvin killing any Morningstar they find until Kinzie locates where they're holding Aisha. Once it's revealed that she's on the small island near Wesley Cutter Intl. Gat and Playa go there and rescue her, but not without Gat receiving a mortal wound. As Aisha drives Gat to the Hospital in Athos Bay, Playa must defend the vehicle.
Mid Game Substitution:
With Gat in hospital and Aisha by his bedside, Playa needs someone to take their place in plotting against the Morningstar. Playa, Lin, Pierce, and Viola meet in the Church to figure out who should take their place. Pierce is too busy helping Maero, Lin's with Carlos, and Viola is "bait". Pierce comes up with a plan to clone one of them to take over, then Zombie Shaundi makes her presence known. Playa then realises they can clone Shaundi, so she'll be alive again. But of course Playa takes the opportunity to wind up Pierce by thanking Zombie Shaundi for suggesting she be cloned. So Playa and Zombie Shaundi literally set sail for Jimmy's House, by boat. But that still doesn't stop the Morningstar from attacking via boat and helicopters.
"Party Favors":
So after catching Classic Shaundi up to speed, it doesn't take long for her to come up with a plan for dealing with the Morningstar. Faze one is for Playa to hijack the Morningstar's truck containing their latest shipment of "party favors" and take it to Rim Jobs, where Shaundi is going to replace the shipment with knock out powder.
K.O.:
Faze two involves Playa and Lin posing as Morningstar as they deliver the truck to Safeword. Once all the "party favors" are dispersed throughout the building, it doesn't take long for the effects to kick in. Playa and Lin must plant the explosives throughout Safeword and get out before anyone wakes up.
Early Release:
The Morningstar pay a surprise visit to Gat in the hospital. Luckily Playa was already there and managed to help Gat escape through the window. As Aisha pushes the gurney back to Kinzie's Warehouse, Playa must defend her. Kinzie agrees to aid Gat back to full health and protect him whilst doing so.
Wrong Side Of The Bed:
Playa and Shaundi charge at Safeword with everything they have, and it's not until they reach the showdown on the roof with Loren that things get interesting. After defeating Loren, he makes the Saints an offer (Option time)... Let Loren keep control of the Morningstar, and work with the Saints (Loren Homie & Morningstar Gang Customization + Increased Hourly Income), or get in Gat's chopper and blow up Safeword (Safeword Crib & Morningstar Vehicles + Increased Citizen Support).
Westside Rollerz: Arc 04/05/06
From The Top:
Once again, Lin calls Playa wanting to meet at the arena. The Rollerz compliment her car, and her figure before driving off, then Playa steps out of the shadows to meet with Lin, who is just as pissed as last time. She tells Playa to go to both Rim Jobs in Stanfield and burn down the Garages where the Rollerz are currently getting work done on their cars.
Quick Fix:
The Rollerz have called a meeting, and they're all pissed that they can't get their cars repaired for the big race. Lin tells them about a chop shop at the docks in Salander where they can get their cars repaired. As the Rollerz all disband, Lin calls Playa to tell them the plan. Playa and Carlos wait until all the Rollerz arrive at Kinzie's Warehouse, then they blow up all their cars but leave a few of the Rollerz alive to escape. Playa and Carlos follow the Rollerz back to Sharp's Mansion. The Rollerz explain to Sharp what happened... And Sharp is not happy.
Lucky Day:
The race is beginning, and the Rollerz are all driving lemons and rust buckets (including Lin). Playa, disguised as one of the Rollerz, shows up in a tricked out Venom Classic. The Rollerz are all pissed off and curse at Playa. As the race begins, there are 4 actual racers (2 Rollerz, Lin and Playa), the other Rollerz just play demo derby with the racers. Playa has to win the race, while taking out as many of the (none racing) Rollerz as possible. Carlos is spying on Sharp as he finds out about the race, he gets mad that his crew have been wasting resources, and calls for a meeting.
Open Invitation:
Carlos informs Playa and Pierce that Sharp is hosting a meeting with the Rollerz on the Ship in Salander Docks. Pierce comes up with a plan to use Kinzie's Warehouse to take out the Rollerz from a distance... But Playa dismisses those plans in favor of crashing the Rollerz' meeting in a more "memorable" way. Playa and Pierce let Sharp escape with Lin and two other Rollerz, but they don't make it look obvious. Once Lin gets Sharp safely back to his Mansion, Sharp decides to promote Lin and the other two (Shen & Kimora) to Lieutenants to "take care" of the Saints (Lin gives Sharp a fake name "Ling" to avoid blowing her cover a second time).
Ahead Of The Game:
Shen comes up with a plan to take out the Saints, but Kimora and Lin have their doubts. Shen goes ahead with the plan anyway, so Lin makes sure to warn Playa in advance. Playa, Pierce, and a few Saints have set up a "Hideout" in Ashwood. The Rollerz make their attack on the Saints Hideout and end up burning it down. Once Shen, Lin, & Kimora think they have the upper hand, Pierce reveals that this was Sharp's Lockup where he keeps his W.I.P. cars. They crumble and make a quick exit, leaving the Saints laughing.
Where's My Emmy?:
As Shen's last plan got them in deep shit, Lin takes the wheel on this one, with Kimora's support. Lin informs Playa of the plan, and Playa agrees. Playa is walking through Brickston when they get surrounded by the Rollerz. Playa fights them off while running to Friendly Fire, but once there, Lin and Kimora kidnap them. They take Playa to Sharp at the Docks in Ashwood. Once there, Playa waits until Sharp has given away enough info to work with, then busts out and makes their escape. Carlos arrives in a Miami that Playa jumps into. Playa must defend the Miami until Carlos reaches safety.
Hi Jack:
Thanks to Sharp, Playa now knows about a shipment of cars coming in by boat. Kinzie uses her technical knowhow to find out exactly which boat it is, through the boat's assigned captain (who happens to be called Jack). So Playa, Carlos, and Pierce set sail for the ocean to claim Sharp's new cars for the Saints. Once finding the correct ship (The Ship is randomized every time), they intimidate Jack into taking the ship to Saints Row, rather than Ashwood. Sharp finds out that his shipment was hijacked, and tells his lieutenants to get them back.
Plan B:
Shen sends out a crew to steal back Sharp's cars, but just as the crew disband, he overhears Lin calling Playa to warn them about the Rollerz. He walks away before Lin notices him. Carlos drives while Playa destroys Sharp's Cars before they reach Sharp's Mansion. Sharp meets with Shen and Kimora to scold them, but Shen assures Sharp that he'll take care of the problem personally.
Deja Vu:
Lin calls Playa, wanting to meet at Technically Legal. Playa sets off, but when arriving, they get ambushed by the Rollerz. Playa and Lin once again wake up in the trunk of her car, but this time Lin made sure to hide knives in the trunk. Shen parks Lin's Voxel on the edge of the old Ashwood Bridge, then Kimora parks up close by in a Rollerz Hammer. Curious about why he's driving Lin's ride, Shen explains that she's working with the Saints. After Shen unlocks the trunk, Lin and Playa pounce out and attack him. Shen fights them off, then makes a quick escape. Playa and Lin must chase down Shen and kill him. After killing Shen, Kimora catches up with them and asks if it's all true. Lin explains that it is, and tries to convince her to join the winning team, but Kimora just tears up, then drives off.
Look Sharp:
Playa, Lin, and Carlos storm Sharp's Mansion, only to find Kimora. She tells them that Sharp is at the Nuclear Plant and is preparing to launch nukes at all the Saints Hideouts. Kimora joins the Saints as they go to Burns Hill Reactors to stop Sharp. The Saints and Rollerz battle it out, only to end with Sharp getting strapped to one of the nukes that they've redirected to hit Sharp's Mansion. Sharp then begs for mercy and makes the Saints an offer (Option time)... Let Sharp keep control of the Rollerz, and work with the Saints (Sharp Homie & Rollerz Gang Customization + Increased Hourly Income), or blow up Sharp and his Mansion (Sharp's Mansion Crib & Rollerz Vehicles + Increased Citizen Support).
