Yo guys. I was tinkering around with SR2 on X360 recently and noticed the compile date was September 1st 2008, so I figured it was worth comparing it to the PC build, seeing if there were any interesting diffs. I couldn't get an unpatched version of SR2 for PC so the 'latest' version will have to do.
There's a few differences, mostly in Lua files. The diffs for the files can be found here.
The diff tool code can be found here on Github. Yes, there probably already is a tool that does exactly this and better, but where's the fun in that?

EDIT: The tool behaves slightly differently when the directories are swapped; rather than fix it I've uploaded the diffs of this as well to here.
EDIT2: Also it's a pain in the ass to compile Gibbed's tools if you don't already have an env setup so I also uploaded the packer/unpacker binaries: http://slynch.ovh/Public/Gibbed.SaintsRow2.PackUnpack.zip
