Saints Row 2 clothing Ports

Is it possible for Saints Row 2 Clothing Ports to be made to both Saints Row 3 and 4. I have personally found clothing items like the baggy cargo jeans, the thick hoody jackets and track jackets to be extremely awesome. Is it possible for someone to port these to both Saints Row 3 and 4?
 
they all run on the same engine but im pretty sure saints row 2 is compiled differently and getting just the clothing files alone would be a pain in the ass. but morph and animation files are different.
