saints gang members clothes/decker hair mod | READ DESCRIPTION!

READ ME BITCHES! ok. i know what you think, "but npc clothes are part of there body meshes" well, when selecting gang members, when you look for the saints to pick, the head, skin, and hair changes with every time the cursor mooves over them. and with the steelport gang clothes, it proves that gang member npc's dont have 1 body mesh, as the singular charicters change there clothes. as for the decker hair part, i have no idea. this suggestion is plausable, so do take it with a grain of salt. thank you if you do end up making this.

From: "Before making a new request thread...":
Do NOT request npc clothing for the player. In SRTT, an npc's body and clothes are all one big mesh, and thus can not be worn by the player. Period. Yes, we know SR2 didn't work like that. We also understand that there are seemingly wearable npc clothing like the Nyteblade outfit, but these are actually unique items created by Volition to be used by the player.
So, Steelport Gangs DLC is unique item created by Volition. ;)

what about nyte blayde himself? they wouldnt make an entire new mesh for him, they would just change his clothes. its in-efficient. plus, you can change the coloring of the enemy gang's clothes. there is a gang specialist mod that does this. i forget what it is called but if you look around in the in progress or completed mods you will see it. and that still doesnt answer the gang customization homies changing their clothes and facial aspects whe moving the cursor over them repetedly. and about the nyte blayde outfit. without mods or hacks, you aren't able to wear nyte blayde's clothes. it doesn't come with any dlc relating to him. it is also not in the witches and weiners pack. which again proves my point that important npc's wear actual clothing instead of a body mesh. and what about there walk? when they walk, they dont sound like they are bare-footed. it makes no sence as to gang member or lead charicters having only body meshes, and no clothes.

Listen to what the sticky thread and the other forumers are trying to tell you. The Nyteblade outfit is not worn by the Nyteblade. That is a separate outfit that was designed for the player and was never actually included in the game, proper. You can even see the player wearing it in some promo shots that Volition released.

So, you are 100% wrong. Npc clothing is not clothing at all. It is part of the npc mesh itself. It can never be worn by the player. Period.

Just out of curiosity, the weiner mascot outfit is also an entire NPC mesh?

There are two versions. One is the entire npc mesh, and the other is player clothing that was introduced later in a patch for one of the DLC.
