+ Normal Saints Gang are presidential homies (not main characters)
+ Oleg homie (normal saints gang)
+ Aliens are now: Blowup doll, distant human, toilet and skinballs
+ Aliens arrive in Genki mobile and angry tiger bike
+ Changed enemy weapons
+ Cops are distant human (funny animations)
+ Tiger Bike now shoots lasers
+ Cops drive around in Genki Mobiles
+ Bear shots volt weapon from long distances (secondary weapon)
+ No tanks
+ Golden C.I.D (the cid you chase around) is a marauder
+ C.I.Ds are question marks
+ Warden is Super Paul (that Giant Saints flow mascot)
Bonus:
In the Saints Spaceship where you can talk and romance
No voices, but romance animation work!

Defeating Super Paul (this works for me)
Get under him and use the electric buff and shoot at his crotch
also get on top of a medium building. You may find better ways to defeat him.
