[REQ] Heigh Change mods?

Would it be possible to have a heigh change mod, or a mod that make the PC...shorter?
Currently PC is the tallest character, and can look odd depending on your character.
Or something to make your character..Bigger(For a hulk like PC)
So 100%(Default) 120%(Hulk), 50~90%(Child~Female PC)

Someone from another forum seems to have done a dwarf mod(Not released)

Actually the "dwarf" mod is a cheat (available in the Cheats enabler), like there was in Saints Row 2. But as far as I know it's not possible to set a custom size, just dwarf/giant.
 
In SR2, the file you needed to edit to change the player height was:
StyleTest_PC_cha.xtbl

For a dwarf you would change the Height value to:
Code: 
<Height>0.75</Height>

That might give you a lead on what files you need to look for in sr3.
 
There might be two files referring to characters height: characters_height.xtbl and characters_definitions.xtbl in misc_tables.vpp_pc.
You can try to change them to see effect( or search StyleTest_PC).
 
I did tried typing in dwarf at the "add cheat" and it didn't work,it says it doesn't exist.How can I get the giant/dwarf thingy in SR3?

I'm Gandalf.It doesn't alter anything but height it doesn't change the sliders at all.

EDIT:This is the smallest size and i set her to skinny.I usually use the adult female size which is
slightly shorter than the males.I'm also using a camera mod that centers the character outside.

I posted Steve's original height mod as I found it in a thread just now before reading this one.
It is the one I found on that site before it died for good.
I have no idea how to contact that Steve guy .
THe post I made is now in the Help Troubleshooting section.

Be aware it will , as is, not work with the current Gang mod found in Idol Ninjas current compilation.
I explain that and more in the post.

My 'mix' allows the homey mod Gandalf made to live along with the size mod I picked from Steves pack, which is
BRUTE size, about 7 foot tall.
I run with a over endowed female of the body builder type so the 7 foot apparition is quite
terrifying to cops and what not. Makes it more believable when she performs a beat down.
Using a mix of a mod I found called Porno And Murder with dummybumps modded player creation pack.

I tried the one in IdolNinjas pack but the sliders were doing insane things to the face for me (pre-existing character and that was the older pack) I found I could achieve more absurd chest improvements
and a muscle mass yet retain not overly exaggerated facial features with the mix above whilst retaining
control of facial sliders.
I think dummybumps only really affects the sliders for the body and only slightly impacts facial appearnce
when going to extremes.

Hopefully Idol or someone more talented than I can wig it in so the Height mod can work with
the Gang Plus one and offer more height options.
I lack the skillz.
