In SR3 I used an aim_assist.xtbl someone posted in the Steam forums and it seemed to work. It looks like they just set everything to 0. I tried that with IV and it still moves the reticle over an enemy when I zoom. I'm using a mouse and really don't want that. Am I missing something?
