Activities & Missions Questions about Mars

Hello, I have two questions about the Mars level. I teleport myself there using the "Things to do in Steelport" mod.
Is there any way to spawn zombies there? And is there any way to unlock the blue gates? Thank you!

i believe that to unlock the blue gates you need to complete the mission... or there is a command to change
