looks like the game cant find the model texture for it. Did you mod your game?

If you purchased this on steam and you did not install any mod, open your Steam library -> Right click on Saints Row: The Third -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of game cache and wait for Steam to check and replace broken files.
If you did install any mod, open your Saints Row: The Third install folder and delete any files you saw (DO NOT DELETE SUB FOLDERS) then verify game cache to fix - All mods you install will be remove.
