During the Boss's 50's nightmare while eating pancakes, you may have overheard Shuandi says that a guy named Dex stopped by but she sent him away. I think there is also another veiled comment to Dex, but the major point is that there is a big possibility for a conspiracy. What is Dex doing in the simulation? Reminds me of the courier 2 thing from new vegas.
