Possible to buy all exotic weapons at the gun shop... mod?

Basically what the title says, is anyone knowledgeable enough to either tell me what I need to modify or create a mod that allows the player to buy all the strange and mode/mission specific weapons at the gun store.
 
weapons.xtbl (modify weapon stats and flags)
weapons_store.xtbl (or something like that...add weapon entry to store)
ammo.xtbl (set compatible ammo type optional)

all found in misc_tables.vpp_pc
