Play as Vice Kings - SR1 Conversion Mod

This mod swaps the players team to the Vice Kings, changes the neighbourhood owners for fresher open world gameplay, and adds new homies.

Install: drop the files in the phantasy row "usermods" folder and build your patch. Or drop them in misc2 and rebuild the packfile

New homies: Ben King, Warren Williams, Tony Green, Tanya Winters, Alderman Hughes, Chicken Ned, Wheel King

Excellent mod, my only gripe is how the "Saints" still use vehicles like the Bulldog or the Slingshot instead of the VK Compton or Zomkah (that can be changed with the spawn files)
Other than that, it's great, all we missing now is the same but done with the Carnales and the Rollerz.
