Play as other NPCs?

I've been reading a thread about hidden cheats and some people mentioned a cheat that let's you change your character's model, I don't really care about animations and whatnot because I'll be changing into normal and regular sized characters. So does anyone know if this kind of thing is possible?

Where did you hear about it?
That was possible in SR2 but i do a lot of surfing and i've not heard of one for SR3.

The white wizard is wise. NPC morphing was an SR2 cheat. There is no such thing for SRTT as far as we can tell.

It was mentioned here: http://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/index.php?threads/hidden-cheat-enabler.17/ I understand that there is no cheat in SRTT for it, so what I'm asking is that is it possible to create a mod that allows you to change into other models?

Well, kind of. Turk has had some success with copying npc meshes and renaming them to replace clothing ones, but it's still pretty buggy and fucked up. There is no release yet, as he's still working on it. I wouldn't get your hopes though. This really isn't going to work well without mesh tools.
