Also noticed that since installing, I've been losing weapon upgrades. Many of my weapons were fully upgraded, but when I started the game, many (not all) lost every upgrade I had purchased. So I bought a bunch of them, saved my game, and the next time played the game, they were gone again. Deleted all the files for this mod and now my upgrades seem to be saving again.

found the solution actually. just delete the weapons file. it'll have cooldown as a cost (the weapons not the mech) but everything else works as intended.
This mod contains a bunch of useless files. For example the author made no changes to character.xtbl, and all the notoriety.xtbls but he added them to his mod files anyways, the mod will still work normally if you delete those
There's now a dlc with a Zinyak outfit .
