Personality and Melee Unlocked By Default

Is it possible to make it so that all gang personalities and fighting styles are unlocked by default or simply changing activity rewards?

I try to mess with the unlockables.xtbl but to no avail

** offtopic ** Btw, is there anyway to change the melee attack combo in saints row 2? eg. brawler's punch -> ronin's kick -> samedi's finishing move
