Peacemaker mod to allow rear passengers to use their weapons

Mod that gets rid of the restriction on using gun fire from the police car rear seats.

I had to modify the peacemaker car file to remove the flag that was adding the restrictions. And I also had to modify the file vehicle_interaction_info.xtbl so that the rear passenger on the driver side would use his/her weapon in the left hand.

Be warned that it looks kind of goofy to see the rear passengers stick their heads and weapons through the side bars of the rear door windows.

awesome mod! is it possible to let passengers in helicopters to fire weapons?

Started playing SR3 again, discovered that this mod crashes with the Gangstas in Space DLC if you try to fly the Aegean (i.e. you cant complete the missions.) Easy enough to just disable it for the one mish, but you still cant fly the one in your garage.

So I fixed it up with the latest vehicle_interaction_info.xtbl and merged his left hand weapon change. Otherwise unchanged. May also fix other conflicts.
