Peacemaker From SRIV in SR:TT

Greetings fellow Saints! I was wondering, would it be possible for anyone to port the new Peacemaker from Saints Row IV into Saints Row: The Third? The new Peacemaker is based on the Enzo Ferrari, and I think it looks really slick. It's almost useless in Saints Row IV with the ability to fly and the ability to sprint at super speed...
 
Knobby told me back then that they leased a newer version of Havok, so formats and all are quite different.
In short, it's impossible.
