Made a Pancor Jackhammer for the SR IV modding contest. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work when converted to Workshop format (it corrupts the meshes, and makes weapon_costumes.xtbl prevent the weapon from appearing in Friendly Fire). However the "old school" format works fine so I thought I'd share it that way, as a proof of concept if nothing else...

Currently it replaces the SWAT Heavy SMG, and since I'm new to SR IV modding it also works like an SMG for the time being. So... yeah, pretend it fires rubber 12 gauge slugs or something.
